Does becoming a member cost anything?

No! Signing up for an account on here is absolutely free for you :) 

Why should I become a member?

Aside from it being free, it actually only brings you benefits as you have all your orders, tracking info, and more in place. So, I highly recommend signing up not just because of that but also to receive news about things like product launches and new blog posts.

How do I sign up as a member?

When checking out your shopping basket you can choose to register and follow the steps. Boom. Welcome 2 the club!

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we are covering majority of countries worldwide.

How much is shipping?

You can enjoy worry-free shopping - Shipping is included in all product prices :) 

How long does shipping take?

Digital products are sent to you ready for download immediately after purchasing them.

Physical products usually take between 9 and 12 business days.

How I can see the status of my order / How can I track my shipping?

Members: Log in and conveniently overview all your orders and their status. 

Non-members: You'll receive an email with all details once your order has been shipped. 

Which payment options do you offer?

You can pay for your order using one of the following: Paypal, Giropay, credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartersBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro) or Klarna.

When do I have to pay for my order?

You have to pay for your order in full to be able to check out and complete your purchase. As long as payment hasn't been completed and you haven't received a confirmation email, no products will be reserved, prepared or shipped.

Why are products priced the way they are?

The products you can buy from me are unique artworks created by me with my own equipment and expertise. Please consider that producing, shipping, and advertising on top of fixed costs like website and shop hosting followed by paying taxes, leaves only a fraction to the artist and nothing, if not priced appropriately. 

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?

Digital products: according to German law § 356 Abs. 5 BGB your usual right to refunds, returns and exchanges expires already before purchase because of the nature of digital products. Meaning, digital products are completely excluded from any kind of exchange, return and are also not eligible for any refunds - neither partially nor in full nor as gift cards.

 

Physical products: Both ready-to-order products and custom orders are non-refundable, can't be exchanged or returned - unless, they are damaged.
