All digital goods in my store are completely excluded from exchange and refunds. According to § 356 section 5 BGB the right of withdrawal for digital goods expires at the conclusion of the contract. That means with the beginning of the execution of the contract (the purchase) you lose your right of withdrawal and have no right to an exchange, refund or credit.
